Encore AI, a startup rebranded from Insait IO, has secured $30 million in Series A funding led by Team8 to scale its “interaction mining” platform. The company analyzes call recordings, emails, and text messages combined with CRM data to identify which conversation fragments lead to successful outcomes. It then trains AI voice agents that deploy those proven playbooks—sometimes even repeating the same jokes or examples that top-performing relationship managers use. CEO Dvir Ginzburg told TechCrunch the agents can work autonomously or assist human employees by suggesting responses in real time.
