Zuper Sense: AI command center recovers $150k/month for roofing contractors
Plain language queries deploy AI agents to fix aging estimates and invoices in real time.
Zuper, a Seattle-based operations software company, has launched Zuper Sense, an AI-powered command center specifically for roofing and exterior contractors. The platform continuously monitors job, invoice, crew, and customer data to flag risks like aging estimates, overdue invoices, labor overruns, and inefficient dispatch routes. Contractors can ask business questions in plain English—e.g., “what is at risk this week”—and receive real-time answers with recommended actions. They can also deploy AI agents to automatically execute tasks such as collections follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and customer communication. Zuper Sense integrates external data through “Intelligence Packages,” including weather forecasts and competitor reviews, adding context to operational decisions.
Early-access results confirm significant financial impact. Contractors reported recovering $50,000 to $150,000 per month in estimates that would otherwise have expired. Other gains included faster collections and increased call response rates during storm events. JT Ulyatt, CEO of Maven in Hampstead, N.C., said, “Zuper Sense is the first tool I have used that actually runs ahead of an operator. I am not waiting on a Friday spreadsheet… I am seeing it as it happens with a fix already lined up.” Zuper Sense is now generally available to existing and new customers.
