The award recognizes Verint's ability to integrate both proprietary AI models and commercially available ones like ChatGPT, all trained on two decades of customer engagement data. According to Verint's chief product officer Jaime Meritt, the platform transforms large amounts of organizational data into actionable insights and predictions, enabling brands to boost customer experience, operational efficiency, and ROI over time.

The AI Breakthrough Awards program attracted over 3,000 entrants this year, evaluating technologies across categories such as decision management, smart robotics, and predictive analytics. Verint's platform serves more than 10,000 organizations in 175 countries, including over 85 of the Fortune 100. The company emphasizes an open, secure, and data-driven AI design that continuously learns from real-time data flowing through its Open CCaaS platform, making the models more proficient as they operate within customer environments.
