Kuaishou's New AI Model Boosts Video Shares by 1.95% in Online Tests

Researchers from Kuaishou have unveiled UniShare, a unified AI framework that jointly recommends both videos to share and who to share them with. Traditional systems treat these as separate tasks, but UniShare's joint training approach uses pre-trained GNNs and multi-modal embeddings to model the complex sharer-video-receiver interaction. Online A/B tests on Kuaishou's platform showed significant improvements: a 1.95% increase in shares and a 0.482% boost in receiver reply rates.
