The system creates a machine-readable influence graph linking community contributions—like feedback, prompts, or incident reports—to verified changes in datasets, policies, or models. It includes mechanisms for documenting consent, tracing impact via before-and-after tests, and issuing 'Participation Credits' for ongoing compensation. The framework is being tested in four urban AI governance deployments.
