Style Organizer v6.0 — full UI rewrite with React, Favorites, Conflict Detection, Fullscreen and more

The team behind the widely-used Stable Diffusion extension has launched Style Organizer v6.0, marking its most significant update yet with a complete architectural overhaul. The entire frontend has been rebuilt from the ground up using React and the shadcn/ui component library, replacing a legacy vanilla JavaScript codebase. This shift to a modern, typed component architecture promises greater stability, maintainability, and a smoother user experience, as the new interface runs seamlessly as an iframe within the Forge panel.

Version 6.0 introduces several powerful workflow enhancements. A new Favorites system allows users to pin frequently used styles and view recent picks with usage counters, while intelligent Conflict Detection warns when selected styles have clashing tags and suggests fixes. Productivity is further boosted by a new Fullscreen mode for the style grid, persistent drag-and-drop category ordering, and source-aware autocomplete that filters search results to the active CSV file. The update also adds toast notifications for user actions and streamlined import/export/backup functionality directly from the UI, eliminating the need for manual CSV editing.

One notable interface change is the removal of the inline star from style tiles; favoriting is now managed exclusively through a right-click context menu to reduce visual clutter. Additional quality-of-life improvements include a thumbnail batch progress modal with skip/cancel controls and the locking of the host page's scroll when the fullscreen grid is active.
