Previously a messy collection of Airtable embeds, the site now features properly designed pages split into Upcoming Events and Upcoming Training Programs. Each listing includes more useful data points, such as the entry bar (prerequisite difficulty) and cost or stipend details. Additionally, the team introduced a long-requested evergreen list of recurring training programs, giving newcomers and professionals a persistent reference for ongoing safety education opportunities.
To continue improving the site, AISafety.com is hosting its annual hackathon from September 17–20 at the EA Hotel in Blackpool, England. The core team is inviting volunteers skilled in product management, design, development, and outreach to spend an extended weekend upgrading the platform. The application is a quick 5-minute form, and participation offers a unique chance to directly shape the infrastructure supporting AI safety awareness and training.
