This intensive 3-month online program provides comprehensive training in robot programming, focusing on ROS (Robot Operating System) and ROS 2. It is designed to equip participants with the skills needed for careers at any robotics company. The program includes exclusive access to remote real robot labs, allowing hands-on practice with mobile robots and manipulators like the RB1-Base and UR3e arm.
The curriculum follows a structured 5-phase plan. Phase 1 builds a foundation with ROS using a FastBot in the City Lab. Phase 2 advances to ROS 2 with pick-and-place tasks in the Warehouse Lab. Phase 3 covers physics and math, building navigation algorithms for a ROSbot XL. Phase 4 provides a FastBot kit for assembly and programming a ROS-based web app with Docker.
