The solution combines IoT sensors, 5G connectivity, cloud computing, and AI-driven analytics to transform traditional field service management. Key features include real-time fleet tracking, geospatial routing for technician dispatch, automated customer notifications with predictive ETAs, and a mobile interface for technicians to access histories and equipment details. Generative AI paired with computer vision enables real-time training, diagnostics, and resolution. The platform runs on Google Cloud, leveraging Vertex AI for ML model management, Cloud Vision for image recognition, Dialogflow for conversational interfaces, and Speech-to-Text for audio conversion. Additional tools include Recommendations AI, Firebase, Looker, and event-driven functions via Google Cloud Functions. The solution won over 5,000 nominations from 20+ countries.
