The anxiety score moved the most — which is the number that matters.
Why should you care? Today, when a service robot gets confused, you usually have to track down a staff member while the machine sits there stuck. The button turns any nearby person — a customer, a patient, a passerby — into a supervisor, without training or an app. That means fewer stalled deliveries, fewer interrupted shifts, and a lot less of that helpless feeling of watching a machine fail in public.
