NVIDIA just released a new AI model called Nemotron Bolt 3.5. Unlike most powerful AI that runs on huge servers in the cloud, this one is designed to run directly on your own device—like a laptop or desktop computer with 24GB of memory. That's about the same as a mid-range gaming PC. The big deal? On October 23, NVIDIA will release an even smaller version called Nemotron 3.5 Bolt E4B that needs only 4GB of memory. That's small enough to run on many smartphones. The catch? You'll need a fairly powerful device to run the larger model, and the smaller one might not be as smart. But overall, this is a step toward AI that's more accessible, private, and fast—no cloud required.
