Hong Kong's leader, John Lee, made a big push this week to attract startups, scientists, and investors from around the world. At a summit for billion-dollar startups, he called Hong Kong a "golden gateway" for companies that want to enter mainland China or expand globally. His message was simple: if you're building something big, Hong Kong is the place to do it.
