The majority (141) received a 'B,' while 'A' was given to older, less notable members. The records include home addresses, phone numbers, political leanings, and AI-generated summaries used to justify scores. For instance, actor Josh Brolin earned a VIP label partly due to his Thanos role and 3.4 million Instagram followers, while economist Tyler Cowen was initially denied 'C' status by an AI tool because his organization wasn't a household name (staff overruled it). The grading directly influences who is invited, who sits next to whom, and who gets removed.

Dialog, founded in 2006 by Thiel and Auren Hoffman, boasts over 1,000 paying members and has hosted more than 2,500 people at annual retreats. The leaked data also contains notes on wealth—one investor was praised for overseeing $30 billion in assets, while another was dismissed with 'Small AUM.' The club convenes politicians, investors, military leaders, and journalists for off-the-record discussions on AI, geopolitics, and warfare. This summer's retreat near Dublin features talks on NATO and battlefield tech. The exposure of this secret ranking system raises serious privacy and ethical concerns, especially given that the data includes emergency contacts and food allergies. It also highlights the growing role of AI in elite social gatekeeping.
