Amazon Quick now lets you build autonomous agents that run continuously in the background, handling tasks like following up on stalled deals, summarizing overnight regulatory changes, and processing purchase orders. You create them in minutes by describing what you need in plain language or picking from a library of pre-configured agents. Each agent operates within guardrails you set, from precise step-by-step instructions to broad goals where the agent figures out the path itself. No coding required — just describe the outcome, and Quick learns from every interaction, getting smarter over time.

The upgraded activity feed consolidates email, Slack, calendar, and tasks into a single prioritized view. It learns which messages you always respond to first, which threads to skip, and what topics drive your week. Instead of six separate escalation messages, you get one summary card with drafted replies ready for review. Meeting talking points appear before you open the invite. You can reply, forward, approve, or delegate directly from the feed without switching apps. To power all this, Quick now supports 16 new integrations including Adobe, Figma, Shopify, Snowflake, and Zapier — plus a catalog of 30+ ready-made skills for sales, finance, and marketing (prospect leads, chase invoices, build business cases, forecast payroll, and more).
