ElevenLabs lists BlackRock, Jamie Foxx, and Eva Longoria as new investors
Voice AI unicorn hits $500M ARR, adds BlackRock and Jamie Foxx to $500M round
ElevenLabs announced the addition of marquee investors to its $500 million Series D round, including institutions like BlackRock, Wellington, D.E. Shaw, and Schroders; enterprises such as Nvidia, Salesforce Ventures, Santander, KPN, and Deutsche Telekom; and individual investors Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria, and Squid Game creator Hwang Dong-hyuk. The voice AI company also revealed it surpassed $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), accelerating from $350 million at the end of last year — with $100 million in net new ARR added in Q1 2026 alone. Its valuation has more than doubled from $6.6 billion in September to $11 billion in February.
Beyond fundraising, ElevenLabs closed a $100 million tender offer — its second in six months — and plans to offer retail investors access through Robinhood Ventures. The startup has signed enterprise contracts with Deutsche Telekom, Revolut, and Klarna. CEO Mati Staniszewski emphasized the need for "human-level AI voice models," warning that robotic interactions will undermine trust. The company also acquired Polish voice AI startup Papla to bolster its research team.
