Deepgram, a leading speech AI provider, has integrated AWS IAM temporary delegation into their self-hosted deployment on Amazon SageMaker AI. The integration solves a persistent operational challenge for enterprises: granting partner support engineers secure, auditable access to production workloads without creating long-lived cross-account roles or sharing secrets.
With this integration, customers can approve a time-limited delegation request in their own IAM console, giving Deepgram engineers scoped access to a specific SageMaker AI endpoint for a bounded window. This reduces initial investigation time from days (scheduling screen shares) to minutes. The solution supports Deepgram's Nova, Flux, and Aura-2 models and works with existing AWS infrastructure including VPC isolation, PrivateLink, and CloudTrail for audit.
