Amazon Quick and Cisco Webex MCP servers enable teams to replace a fragmented meeting workflow with a single conversational assistant. Instead of manually switching between Webex meetings, Vidcast videos, transcripts, recordings, and message spaces, users ask one agent to gather all the context they need. The solution leverages three Cisco Webex MCP servers: Webex Meetings MCP for finding meetings and retrieving AI-generated summaries/transcripts, Vidcast MCP for searching videos and extracting highlights, and Webex Messaging MCP for searching spaces and retrieving threads. The agent can also pull context from enterprise data sources like Amazon S3, Google Drive, or SharePoint, and use over 100 pre-built action connectors to act in Slack, Outlook, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
