Anyone who has used a chatbot for work knows how common that is, and for a lawyer, journalist, or consultant, a made-up source can be genuinely damaging.
The catch is that this is a research paper, not a product you can sign up for today. It was tested on a controlled set of academic tasks, not on the messy, half-formed questions real businesses ask.
