Apple's September 2026 event is shaping up to be its most significant hardware launch in years, with credible rumors from Bloomberg, MacRumors, and supply-chain analysts pointing to a packed lineup. The most certain prediction is the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, likely announced on September 8 or 9. Expected upgrades include Apple's A20 Pro chip built on a 2-nanometer manufacturing process, a more efficient display, longer battery life, and a variable-aperture main camera. Apple's C2 modem may also appear, though U.S. models could still rely on Qualcomm for mmWave support.

Perhaps the biggest headline is Apple's first foldable iPhone, which Bloomberg expects to be unveiled at the same event.
