ROSConFr 2026 Call for Hosts: AssoFUSER Opens Bids
The Francophone ROS community seeks a new host city for 2026.
The Francophone ROS (Robot Operating System) community is now accepting proposals to host ROSConFr 2026. Olivier Stasse, president of the newly formed AssoFUSER association, announced the call for candidatures via the official ROS discourse forum. The association was created specifically to facilitate the organization of future ROSConFr events, formalizing what had previously been handled ad hoc by volunteers.
Applications must be submitted directly to Stasse, ideally in person at the ongoing ROSConFr 2026 conference at Jussieu, Paris (June 22–25). The deadline for intent is before the association’s general assembly on June 24 at 17:45, after the first conference day. Email confirmation of attendance is requested for headcount. Past host cities include Paris, Strasbourg, Nantes, and Bordeaux, showcasing the event's rotating nature across French-speaking regions.
