Anthropic launches Claude for Small Business and Creative Work with integrations

Anthropic launched two new Claude variants in May 2026 to address underserved markets: small businesses and creative professionals. Claude for Small Business ships with 15 ready-to-run agentic workflows—automated sequences that integrate directly with popular tools like QuickBooks for invoicing, PayPal for payment processing, and HubSpot for CRM management. These workflows allow owners to automate repetitive tasks such as sending invoices, reconciling payments, and updating customer records without writing code. Anthropic claims the agents can be deployed in minutes and require no prior AI expertise, making enterprise-grade automation accessible to teams with fewer than 50 employees.

Claude for Creative Work targets designers, video editors, and writers with dedicated connectors for Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Blender. The AI provides real-time software tutoring (e.g., explaining how to use a Photoshop filter) and can generate scripts, storyboards, or design assets directly within those applications. For example, a marketer can ask Claude to create a Canva template based on a brief, or a Blender user can request a Python script to automate a rigging task. Anthropic emphasized that both products are built on Claude Opus 4, prioritizing safety and context retention.
