It reframes search as an evidence-governed, multi-step workflow for tasks like trend analysis and causal impact assessment. The framework explicitly models intent, retrieves evidence for fusion, and produces verifiable conclusions through structured inference, aiming to support high-accountability needs in law, finance, and science.
