Adobe Launches CX Enterprise with Agentic AI and Expands Cloud Collaborations
New AI agents automate marketing workflows across AWS, Google Cloud, and OpenAI.
At Adobe Summit, the company unveiled Adobe CX Enterprise, a fully customizable agentic AI platform designed to automate the entire customer lifecycle—acquisition, engagement, conversion, and loyalty. The system integrates AI agents, agent skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints, enabling businesses to move beyond AI experiments to tangible outcomes. Anil Chakravarthy, president of customer experience orchestration, emphasized that CX Enterprise lets organizations tailor agentic AI to their specific needs.
Alongside the platform, Adobe introduced CX Enterprise Coworker, an AI-powered assistant that activates insights across Adobe enterprise apps and embeds agentic AI directly into marketing workflows. To scale these capabilities, Adobe expanded collaborations with AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and OpenAI, making its AI agents, skills, and developer tools available across those ecosystems. Amit Ahuja, senior VP of product, said the partnerships bridge the gap between AI tools and marketing capabilities. With AI adoption accelerating, Adobe projects FY 2026 revenue between $25.9B and $26.1B, targeting double-digit ARR growth.
