A key innovation is flow pricing: the satellite service provider (SAT-SP) prices data flows to motivate the IoT network operator (IoT-NO) to prevent malicious packet infiltration. Efficient learning algorithms let the IoT-NO discover optimal flow sampling strategies while SAT-SP determines optimal pricing. Simulations show the framework effectively counters cross-domain attacks and aligns incentives between parties that otherwise have conflicting interests.
